Winter FFF 32: Feb 13-15, 2009 in Providence!

Our host hotel for FFF 32 is the Westin Providence. All vending, exhibits, and classes will take place in the Westin. Our event room rate is $135/night and there is a two-night minimum (Friday and Saturday) to ensure that we fill the entire hotel with happy, kinky people! (That's right, no vanilla folks if we can fill every room!) To insure we do not have a problem with "room speculating" as we have in the past (where people pre-book multiple rooms "just in case", then dump the unused rooms at the last minute), any cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of the event. Yes, that says 30 (thirty) days. Cancel within the 30 days leading up to the event and you will be charged in full.

We have plenty of rooms left! There were problems with web registration which are now fixed. However, if you do have a problem with the web hotel interface, you may call the Westin to make reservations: 1-800-937-8461. If you make reservations by phone, please remember to say that they are for the Fleamarket.

A Curious Production and NELA present the New Designers' Fetish Fashion Show @ the Winter Fetish Fair Fleamarket(tm). The 2009 show is looking for designers, acts, models, and event help. Application details can be found at the show's website.

We need people to sign up for shifts throughout the Fetish Fair Fleamarket. If you've been considering pitching in... please do so! We always appreciate folks who want to help out. You could check wristbands, schlep stuff in, schlep stuff out, sell T-shirts, etc... there are many jobs to be done and much thanks to be earned by doing them.

• 2 shifts (4 hours): Free admission and a NELA Associates card for 1 year.
• 3 shifts (6 hours): Free admission, a NELA Associates card for one year and admission for $5 to the NELA Volunteers Appreciation Party (and up to 2 guests for $20 each).
• 4 Shifts (8 hours): Free admission, a NELA Associates card for one year, free admission to the NELA Volunteers Appreciation Party (and up to 2 guests for $15 each).
• 5 Shifts (10 hours): Free admission, a NELA Associates card for one year, free admission to the NELA Volunteers Appreciation Party for yourself AND A GUEST (plus up to 2 guests for $15 each).
